Residential Foreclosure Prevention
A landing page in large, high-contrast type, written for older homeowners who are behind on the mortgage or property taxes. A three-step survey asks what is going on, where the property is and who to call. Two paths sit side by side: keep the home or sell it.

Foreclosure help from a home buyer that says so up front
Residential Foreclosure Prevention, based in Jefferson, Maryland, is a brand of Tri-States Premier Properties, a real estate investment company that buys homes, including homes in foreclosure. The site speaks to homeowners anywhere in the US who are behind on the mortgage or property taxes, or who already have a notice or an auction date.
We replaced its GoHighLevel page with a hand-coded one that sets out both paths, says plainly who is behind the brand, and gathers what the team needs before the first call.
Large type and short steps for older homeowners
The page is written for older homeowners: body text is 20px on a computer and 17px on a phone, contrast is high, and the gentle motion switches off for anyone who has reduced motion turned on. The same survey sits in the hero and again above the footer.
- A three-step survey: what is going on, where the property is, and who we should call. Tapping a situation moves straight to the next step
- US address suggestions as the homeowner types. Picking one sends the street, city, state and ZIP as separate fields
- A timeline of the four stages, from missed payments to an auction date, with what is still possible at each
- Path one lists six ways to keep the home. Path two lists ways to sell, from a traditional sale to a direct purchase as-is
- A plain disclosure that the brand belongs to an investor that may offer to buy the home, with the free HUD counseling number
- A portrait cut of the hero video for phones, where Call now and Get my free plan buttons stay pinned to the bottom of the screen

Scoped on call
One team
Tracked after
This build started as a 25-minute call
Same process every time: we map where the leads come from, build the piece that is missing, wire it to the CRM and then watch the numbers with you.
- Scoped on the first call, priced before anything starts
- Built and launched by the same people who scoped it
- Tracked afterwards so you can see what it returned
