Refund Policy
Refunds are processed by the Billing Department during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (closed on Federal holidays).
All transactions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Right to Cancel:
- The Client has the right to cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days after executing it, provided that written notice of cancellation is submitted to D1TechCreative LLC within that period. In such cases, D1TechCreative LLC reserves the right to retain $100 as a cancellation fee.

Refund Eligibility:
Clients are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase if no work has been completed. Once work has commenced or services have been rendered, refunds are only considered under the following conditions:-
The client must provide our technicians full access to the listing, website, or account necessary to review and resolve the issue.

If the client is not satisfied, a second service attempt will be made at no additional cost.

If our team fails to resolve the issue within seven (7) business days of the original purchase date, and the client has allowed an adequate opportunity for repair, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be issued once work has been completed or delivered.

Claims based on buyer’s remorse or external pressure from a third party are not considered valid grounds for refund.

If a customer has received SEO or marketing services, the project will be deemed fulfilled and non-refundable.

D1TechCreative LLC takes great pride in providing professional, results-driven work. Refunds are only issued when clients comply with the terms above and our team has been given a fair opportunity to resolve any issues.
