Tri-States Property Solutions
A site for homeowners with a house problem, from missed payments to an inherited home or a rental they are done with. All 23 main pages have the form built in. Each of 11 situations gets its own page, where the form already knows the problem and starts at the address.

One form, whatever the situation

As-is offers for homeowners, and a network for investors
Tri-States Property Solutions is a private real estate investment company that makes as-is offers on houses. Homeowners can sell and move on, or sell and stay in the home as a renter. Investors can join a network to be matched with sellers in the markets they buy in.
We built the site, its situation pages and the form that collects the first details.
The form adapts to the page it is on
People arrive with very different problems, so the site starts with the situation. Eleven of them have their own page, and the form on those pages already knows which one you are on.
- The form on all 23 main pages, twice on most. On the homepage it asks what is going on, the address, then where to send the options
- Address lookup that suggests matches as you type and fills in the full address when one is picked
- Eleven situation pages, from missed payments and divorce to probate and storm damage, where the form skips straight to the address
- A table on the homepage and the Sell & Stay page that sets a sale beside listing with an agent, a HELOC and a reverse mortgage, on six points
- An investor page with its own two-step form: which market they buy in, then contact details
- Every lead saved to a database as well as passed on through Zapier, so it is kept even if the hand-off fails
What is in the build
24 pages in all: 23 on the main site, each with the form, plus an ad landing page kept out of search.
- 11situation pages
- 13answers on the FAQ page
- 11disclosures
- 3steps at most in the form
Scoped on call
One team
Tracked after
This build started as a 25-minute call
Same process every time: we map where the leads come from, build the piece that is missing, wire it to the CRM and then watch the numbers with you.
- Scoped on the first call, priced before anything starts
- Built and launched by the same people who scoped it
- Tracked afterwards so you can see what it returned
